Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. For in-store purchases, we offer a 7-day return policy. For online orders, we offer a 14-day return policy. All items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and in their original condition. Please note that shipping costs for online returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if your item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund. Once we receive the item and it meets these conditions, we’ll process your refund.
